Welcome to NuV² !

NuV is computer software we wrote to compile and simulate electronic circuits written in the Hardware Description Language known as Verilog-AMS. To effect simulation, NuV must be paired with a software circuit simulator. Our choice for this website is the Ngspice circuit simulator, which brings Verilog-AMS simulation capability to the Ngspice circuit simulator available from us for you to use.

  The software simulates electronic circuits.

• Why is this software used?

  The designer of the circuit can discover if the circuit works, or unhappily not, before ever having to build one.

• Who uses this software?

  An electrical engineer.

• What's one curious feature of this software?

  NuV can be paired with any direct methods simulator, such as a Berkely Spice¹ derivate.
